Mission Diverse’s recent training event has had a really positive impact on our organisation’s understanding and insights in the areas of race awareness and cross cultural communication. Importantly, Dan, Lead Diversity and Inclusion Trainer, balanced this conceptual approach with useable techniques to apply the learning in practical ways, to enrich our collaboration with diverse communities, partners and stakeholders, as well as internally within the staff team.
